Volunteer Kamloops Bookkeeper Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced bookkeeper with knowledge and direct experience working with non-profit organizations to work for approximately 4 hours per week. The pay rate is $23-26/hour.Duties:Payroll for 1 full-time & 1part-time staffAccounts payable for all expensesAccounts receivableMonthly cheque runsTax receiptsMonthly financial reports and annual financialsBudget work (with Treasurer or President)Gaming grant reportingFiling of annual society documentsKnowledge of Sage/simply accounting software and assetsKnowledge of ExcelSince 1985 Volunteer Kamloops has provided volunteer recruitment and referral services for our members, including any group undertaking a volunteer project in the community.
