V. Operates a Corporatevehicle and operates and maintains hand and power tools. Maintains and updates service,maintenance, and client request data on assigned buildings.FINANCIAL RESOURCES:Purchases goods and services to $1,000; materials $500 and signs to acknowledge receipt.Monitors contractor performance and provides budget input.
