OverviewResponsible for scanning grocery prices, accepting payment for purchases, and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the front end.Key Duties & Responsibilities1. Processes customer purchases by scanning/entering price into cash register, and obtaining and processing payment.2. Maintains cash drawer by securing and controlling money levels in cash tray.3. Provides customer service by greeting customers and responding to their inquiries.4. Maintains appearance and cleanliness of front-end by cleaning and disinfecting, by stocking and facing magazines supplies and candy items on racks and by removing un-wanted items left by customers.5. Performs other related duties as required.6. Perform cash office duties including open and closing duties (select employees only).Qualifications
