Job Description

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (Hours can be extended as required), Must be able to work on flexible schedule
  • Smile. Greet customers and determine how to exceed their expectations.
  • Record all sales transactions on POS system (or cash register) and accurately process cash, cheque, and debit/credit card transactions.
  • Provide & undertake sales of other services provided by The UPS Store, like copying, laminating, printing, shipping, and packing services using established procedures and products.
  • Packing items to be shipped out
  • Use computers for Creation of Documents and print them
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/ Coreldraw design software will be prefered
  • Close out cash at end of day including: reconciliation of cash, cheques, credit/debit cards, and preparation of daily bank deposits.
  • General housekeeping including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of all glass surfaces, washroom and emptying trash daily.
  • All other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Good Communication and customer management skills
  • Must have operational knowledge of computers and printers
  • Local Residents preferred
