We speak to hundreds of donors everyday and provide them the opportunity to feel great about their donation and help them to have an amazing day!Our people first compensation plan offers an $20/Hour base, competitive health and dental benefits from the beginning. Other incentives include but are not limited to, company cell phones, gas allowances.Our schedule runs from Thursday to Monday, working an 8 hour shift usually between 10-6 or 11-7 day time.Our team is experienced, well-trained, and excellent communicators who genuinely love the space that we have created. Now that the lockdowns are lifting we are looking to like-minded people to help us help more people.Retail fundraising events take place in all sorts of scenarios. Most of them are storefronts or malls but we also do things like trade shows, fairs, and other large events. We year-round positions throughout Canada.Events are generally done solo. We are a remote-first organization. This means that we organize everything from one central place. While events are unsupervised we implement technologies that connect you to people in administration and with team members at other events.When you are onsite at an event you set up a relatively simple kiosk. When people pass by the kiosk you kindly ask them to contribute to our cause.If a person says yes we allow them to ask questions and make a donation of their choice. If a person says no then we wish them a great day.The Honey for Hope is a wonderful fundraising offer. A gift with a donation of $20 or more. It is delicious and you’ll find people come back to tell you how amazing it is often! We take credit and debit. There is also tax receipts offered for eligible donations.Its really all pretty simple if you genuinely enjoy talking to people all day.These are full-time positions. The wage is $20 which can increase if you are reaching excellent results. People who stay with the company for more than six months can earn up to $30. We also provide a health benefits plan that kicks in right away.All candidates must have a cell phone with Data Access.
