Job Description

LinkPoint IT Solutions has been providing consulting services to our clients for over two decades and is still growing! The most recent acquisitions of Connect Infrastructures have expanded the business even further, into the Telecommunication services. We do this through our approach of finding custom fit solutions for our clients that align with their business goals. We work as an extension of the client’s team, to strategize, design, develop, analyze, and implement the solutions that deliver value.The Role:As a Client Success Manager, you play an integral role in the business, working closely with our valued clients on a day-to-day basis and providing support to retain their business. This role acts as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.If you have:

  • Drive and are highly self motivated to succeed
  • An understanding of the sales cycle and buyer’s journey to be able to align processes to achieve the most dynamic results
  • critical thinking skills, with the ability to think outside of the box
  • strong knowledge of telecom or IT services
Key responsibilities include:New Business
  • Seek out new business/ leads. Visit clients and
  • Work with technical tea to assess and propose solutions
  • Qualify leads
Business Development
  • Develop, grow and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
  • Advise on and quote new opportunities
  • Advise on antiquated technology (EOL, EOS) and propose action plan to replace
  • Handle all quoting/ sales (projects, hardware, software) for assigned accounts
  • Negotiate new contracts prior to contract anniversary date
  • Customer retention strategies
  • Perform quality assurance checks, IT report cards and review meetings with clients
  • Provide budgets for IT infrastructure over 3-5 years (hardware refresh, license renewals etc.)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma considered an asset
  • Strong negotiation skills, persistence, and resilience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building capabilities
  • Experience in B2B sales preferred
  • Product knowledge in telecom, managed services and software development is considered an asset
  • Proactive and goal oriented
  • Experience with CRM databased considered an asset
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Driver’s license
