  • Master’s Degree in Economics or a related field such as statistics, commerce, or mathematics, or equivalent and 2 years of related experience* or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4 years of related experience*.
  • Related experience includes at least 2 years experience in each of the following:
  • Experience in the design and implementation of statistical analysis and economic modelling projects.
  • Experience applying economic analysis in a natural resource sector or environmental policy context (including energy, forestry, land, water).
  • Experience conducting economic policy analysis including jurisdictional and literature reviews from a natural resource sector perspective.
Preference may be given to Candidates with:
  • Experience working with large spatial data sets and conducting geo-spatial analysis.
