  • Create, manage and deliver social media campaigns
  • Create and develop new CRM implementations for customers (Hubspot)
  • Optimize calendars
  • Creative copywriting and editing
  • Basic Video Editing Skills
  • Recruitment Process Management
  • Recruitment Campaign Management
  • Interviewing Candidates (Initial)
  • SEM & Paid Ads Support
  • HR & Team Development Items
This role will be crucial in the success of the business and get full exposure to the agency experience on a global scale.This position is “ Not Remote” although some days can be worked from home office.Skills Required to Rock This Role:

Please Note:We will ask for writing samples, social media portfolio and references.Perks:
  • 3-weeks of annual paid vacation
(2 weeks paid in advance at 4% of every paycheck + an all staff paid week off during our annual office closure between Christmas and New Years)
  • Allotment of 2-hrs per week of your work schedule for learning & growth and strategic thinking within your role
  • Up to $500 per year annual training allowance (available after 6-months of employment and upon approval of SME Strategy’s CEO)
  • One paid day of volunteer work per year, with an organization or cause of your choice (available after 6-months of employment)
