Job OverviewHelps to ensure that the grocery area is well stocked and that the aisles are kept clean and unobstructed.Key Duties & Responsibilities1. Maintains product levels by determining product required and re-stocking within established guidelines, and by conducting inventory counts.2. Maintains product inventory levels by completing and submitting order forms, and receiving warehouse orders by checking order, unloading product from trucks, completing documentation, and storing product.3. Provides customer service by greeting customers, and responding to their inquiries.4. Maintains Health and Safety and Food Safety compliance by dealing with expired product.5. Performs other related duties as required.Qualifications· Grade 10 or an equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experienceSkills· Good customer service skills· Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment*Ability to understand tasks and execute them as directed in a timely manner*· Physical ability to perform the duties of the jobWorking Conditions· Lifting weights of 10 - 20 kilograms (e.g., cases of pop, cases of canned goods, bags of dog food)· Standing and walking for long periods of time· Some bending and reaching while stocking grocery areas· Using equipment including box cutters and pump jacks to move skids through the store· Exposure to cool and cold temperatures while working in dairy or frozen food areas**Only candidates that complete the assessments will be reviewed***Job Types: Part-time, PermanentSalary: From $15.65 per hourBenefits:
