We help organizations establish and execute forward-thinking digital strategies with proven tactics that create meaningful experiences for customers and employees.We are 100% remote with team members located across Canada.Visit us @ Home | Digital ConvergenceINTRODUCTIONWe are looking for an experienced certified Scrum Master / Project Coordinator to join the Digital Convergence team, a dynamic consulting firm that provides sustainable technology solutions focused on unlocking customers and enabling employees.The Scrum Master/ Project Manager role is an essential part of our team and is responsible for spearheading and managing multiple, complex projects. This position will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to manage project scope, resources, budgets and schedules and to ensure timely project deliverables.This position is open to local and/or remote work-from-home in Canada. ROLE SPECIFICSRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead multiple complex projects and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution and closure.
  • Facilitate unblocking the team through internal coordination and/or with external stakeholders.
  • Utilize project and resource management software to plan, forecast and monitor project KPIs.
  • Manage client expectations alongside project scope and changes, schedule, resources and budget.
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings such as project kick-offs, daily stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives, etc.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise stakeholders to gather and document project requirements.
  • Monitor, track and document project issues and risks to proactively establish mitigation plans.
  • Draft, create and execute Statements of Work before stakeholder engagements and Sign-Off Agreements upon project delivery.
  • Assist with the implementation, streamlining and documentation, project management processes and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of proven project management experience, preferably in a technology / consulting firm and post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Certified ScrumMaster. SAFe Certification would be an asset.
  • Experience with Atlasssian Suite (Jira, Confluence) and project and resource management software.
  • Adept knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Passion for driving positive change within a team
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects from start to completion.
  • Ability to manage change and stakeholder expectations alongside scope, judgement and timelines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to establish trust and rapport.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal with challenging stakeholders.
