This is a ground- floor opportunity with tremendous growth potential for the right candidate. Any questions regarding the position can be sent to the email in this posting.Business Development Branch Manager Job DescriptionMAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES – may change as needs of the organization change

  • Ensure the branch provides full cycle bookkeeping and tax planning as needed by clients
  • Establish and increase client base by engaging in sales
  • Management of branch, including managing a team of 1 to 4 employees, recruitment, training, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, and performance reviews
  • Marketing of branch to establish and build the reputation of branch services and branch name
  • Maintain branch budget
  • Reporting to the Director of Operations with weekly status reports
QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION:
  • MBA or other Master’s degree
  • Demonstrated community involvement
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE OR ABILITIES RELATED TO THE JOB
  • Ability to take the initiative, work independently and make appropriate decisions to resolve issues/problems
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated analytical ability to evaluate and consider various possible scenarios and outcomes
  • Demonstrated project management skills including planning, organizing, and managing resources
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a workload with changing priorities and varying stakeholder interests
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate complex concepts with tact and diplomacy to others
  • Demonstrated advanced abilities in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for purposes of technical documentation, process mapping, statistical calculations, graphing, etc.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize tasks, work to strict deadlines and demands, make responsible decisions and determine when to seek advice
PAY:
  • Starting annual salary $40,000 during training period, to increase once independently managing a branch (~2.5 months)
