The Stantec community unites more than 25,000 employees working in over 400 locations across 6 continents.Your OpportunityAre you a multi-tasker who thrives on assisting others and is self-motivated with great customer service skills This position is part of the Global Procurement & Real Estate Team which includes Wireless, Corporate Card, Fleet, Purchasing, Travel and Real Estate support.Your Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders, invoices and wireless domestic & international provisioning
  • Assist and troubleshoot wireless devices (smartphone, cellphones, data devices, etc.) with activation, hardware and software issues
  • Administer Stantec’s wireless policies and practices
  • Maintain department files, update multiple databases and track returned devices/accessories
  • Assist with monthly wireless reports
  • Manage recycling program for smartphones
  • Coordinate special projects and support the Wireless Team as needed
QualificationsYour Capabilities and Credentials
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented
  • Must be able to understand and enforce company policies and practices
  • Able to adapt and learn quickly in a constantly changing company environment
  • Proven ability to relate and effectively work with a diverse group of professionals, both at the practice and corporate level
  • Strong computer skills are required: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Solid phone skills
  • Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter
  • Tact, diplomacy and a "can do" attitude are required
  • Flexibility with occasional travel
Education and Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in wireless and purchasing support or similar in a company with multiple office locations
  • Related degree or diploma is an asset
