OUR OPPORTUNITY:We are currently seeking an Entry Level Accounts Receivable Research Specialist. If you have strong analytical and communication skills, Intermediate Excel proficiency and excellent attention to detail, we would love to hear from you!Reporting to the AR Supervisor, the ideal candidate will:
  • Analyze customer sales data for completeness and reasonableness
  • Accurately reconcile customer payments
  • Track customer payments to terms
  • Assist in the transition of customers to Scan Based Trading
  • Prepare week ending and month ending reporting for management review
  • Provide exceptional communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor personal key performance metrics for continuous improvement and development
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot various issues and provide suggestions for resolution
  • Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
  • Proven Intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and research skills for reconciliations
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot various issues and provide suggestions for resolution
  • Preference will be given for a certificate or degree in business management with an accounting focus
