Sussex Insurance (inside Walmart) located at 1555 Banks Rd in Kelowna is looking for a Branch Manager. Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines/Autoplan experience to include 3 years of management experience with increasing levels of responsibility. Competitive wage and benefit package includedManagement responsibilities:Exercise the authority of a manager; staffing, scheduling, performance management, training, one on one coaching, employee recognition and development.Ensures performance appraisals are completed and administered in a timely manner.Ensures appropriate actions are in place if an employee’s performance is not meeting expectations.Keeps staff informed of branch manager meeting updates as well as any industry regulatory information or changes.
