Job Description

WORLDPAC Canada is seeking a Full-Time Branch Operations Lead – (Kelowna, British Columbia)WORLDPAC, a subsidiary of Advance Auto Parts, imports and distributes original equipment and quality replacement automotive parts to select specialty import and domestic service centers.What we have to offer:

About the Position:The Branch Operations Lead assists Operations Management in leading daily warehouse operations and is responsible for:
  • Following all safety rules and applicable laws;
  • Key Holder - Responsible to open and close the Branch as required;
  • Confers with Assistant Manager and/or Manager to ensure coordination of warehouse activities;
  • Reviews, understands, and follows branch procedures, serving as a role model to ensure compliance by all teammates;
  • Maintains a customer service oriented philosophy in all conduct of self and teammates;
  • Uses company vehicle to deliver products and equipment to customers in a safe and courteous manner;
  • Other tasks as may be required.
What you bring to the team:
  • Supervisory experience is an asset but not required;
  • You are a team player – You are dedicated to contributing to a collaborative team with a positive and friendly attitude and contribute to a safe work environment;
  • Experience leading or planning the work of other teammates is an asset;
  • Minimum 3 years’ class G or class 5 driving experience required and must maintain a clean drivers abstract;
  • Maintains a professional appearance and follows the customer service philosophy of the Company;
  • Flexible! Must be available Monday to Friday ;
  • You are reliable – You are a self-starter who is dependable in completing tasks and is responsible with company equipment;
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs;
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED.
