We are focused on delivering quality customer service; and are committed to recruit, develop, reward and retain our workforce.As one of our Corporate Trusts Paralegal you will part of a team who works at bringing high quality customer service to our fantastic clients.What you will be doing:Preparing Trust Deeds from our precedents.Preparing Trustee resolutions.Incorporating BC companies.Preparing corporate resolutions.Preparing corporate documents from precedents such as s.85 rollover Agreements, Share Exchange Agreements, dividends, and redemptions.Processing changes of directors, changes of trustees, and share transfers.Perform online filings via ALF and BC Online.Working closely with Partner and other legal support staff in our team.Organizing and managing files, reporting, billing, and following up on client accounts and tasks.What you will bring along:Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.Working knowledge of ALF.Knowledge of rules of the Law Society of BC for client identification and verification and trust accounting rules.A Paralegal or Legal Assistant diploma is preferred.Strong attention to detail.High proficiency with technology.Willingness to take direction and learn.Strong attention to detail.Why you should apply: We care about our people!Competitive wagesHealth coverage for you and your familyGenerous paid time off programsRSP matching programs
