KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
  • Telecommunications System design and implementation for new installations.
  • Upselling peripherals and accessories to customers
  • Voicemail and Automated Attendant prompt design and recording
  • Telephone station button mapping and labeling
  • On site/ off site customer user and administrator training
  • Basic Telephone and voicemail system programming (NEC)
  • Basic Telephone Support
  • Univerge Blue implementation and Support
  • Post installation follow- up and customer support
  • Inbound Service requests call answer group
  • Providing Instructions and training to groups of 5 -30+ persons in a “boardroom” environment
  • Always exhibit excellent customer service to stakeholders at all times
  • Assisting with Telecom dispatch and dispatch relief as needed
REQUESTED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experience n the Telecom industry is preferred
  • Bachelor or higher education is preferred
  • Demonstrated record of providing a high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Well-developed customer service skills
  • Pleasant and warm personality
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building capabilities
  • Clear and concise communication
  • A daily focus on exceptional customer service and support
  • Product knowledge in Telecom is not required but is an asset
  • Strong organizational, operational, and planning skills in a sales focused environment
  • Agile mindset, both willing and able to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced work environment
  • Being proactive
  • Being able to work independently with minimal supervision
