Job Description

RefundPros is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join its Claims and Refunds Team. This is a part-time position typically requiring up to 3 shifts each week (3 – 5 hours per shift). Additional hours are often available and shift times are negotiable.So who are RefundPros We are a software service company, located in Kelownas Cultural District, that helps businesses recover the money they are owed from Amazon and the national shipping carriers (www.RefundPros.com).You would be responsible for submitting refund claims to shipping carriers and Amazon on behalf of businesses across North America.Responsibilities

  • Performing data entry, checking and validation (Note, this is repetitive work, requiring close attention to detail for extended periods.)
Requirements
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • High volume, accurate data entry
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts when required (e.g. during peak periods)
  • Able to provide a criminal record check

  • Up to 3 shifts per week (3-5 hours per shift), weekdays between 7.30am and 5pm
  • Flexible shifts arrangements and a 2pm finish on Friday
  • Starting Rate: $16 per hour
