Job Description

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading client-facing meetings
  • Thorough understanding of brand paid media (content marketing, digital display, paid social) and search engine optimization/search engine marketing (SEO/SEM)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console and related applications Knowledge of SEO best practices and terminology
Nice to Haves:
  • Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing, Business or Communications, or equivalent experience in a similar marketing role
  • A basic understanding of PPC campaign management/conversion tracking
  • Familiarity with WordPress
  • Experience with online display advertising, remarketing
Duties would include:
  • Develop and implement backlinking strategies for client SEO campaigns
  • Perform keyword research as required, to determine appropriate keyword targets
  • On-page optimization for keyword targets
  • Connecting analytics tools to client websites
  • Measuring social media activity and engagement
  • Provide recommendations for prepare monthly keyword ranking & activity reports
The company is looking for a full-time position, ideally local, but open to someone remote as long as it is within Canada and only 1-2 timezones away.Salary would be decided based on the skill of the candidate, but it starts junior candidates at $23/hr.Hours per week: 35-40Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $23.00 per hourBenefits:
