Job Description

KHS Landscape Professionals is a leading full-service landscape company centrally located in the Okanagan Valley, BC. Our services are not limited to but are mainly focused on the design, installation and maintenance of high end residential properties. We take pride in our outstanding work, in our community involvement projects, and in our excellent work environment; all while providing a competitive wage and opportunities to expand and grow within the company.In this role, you will be responsible for working within a landscape maintenance team to maintain all aspect of the landscape for our high-end residential clients. You will be assisting an established Team Member / lead hand and receive training in all aspects of our work. This role includes, but is not limited to:·· Showing up to work on-time

  • Mowing of lawns
  • Pruning of shrubs and trees
  • Maintaining a clean work site
  • Keeping track of your truck inventory and organization on a daily/weekly basis
  • Partaking in our weekly horticultural lessons.
  • Being able to take instructions from an established Team Member that knows the ropes
· Being physically fit and willing to work in all weather conditionsA successful candidate will:

Experience with the following is preferred, but not required:
  • Basic Tools (shovel, rake, hand saw, small engine equipment etc.)
  • Driving truck and trailer
A “landscape maintenance worker” can expect:
  • To start at a wage of twenty to twenty-four dollars per hour, depending on previous experience
  • To be guided and trained in all aspects of landscape construction

· Consistent work at 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with statutory holidays off with pay, 30-minute lunch break and paid breaks.   • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
