The Lead, Key Initiatives identifies gaps in the implementation of strategic improvement initiatives and works with the department and other stakeholders to develop solutions that address those gaps. The Lead, Key Initiatives works with the FMO management team to provide decision support for system redesign to senior management and to other stakeholders involved in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives and performance measurement.Some Key Duties may include:
