Job Description

Looking for a dynamic person to join our team at our new office located at 140 Adams Road in Kelowna. Being a locally owned and operated Civil Construction company, this busy and exciting environment is a great opportunity for someone to develop their skillset and grow with us. Hiring preference will be given to applicants that possess the following:· Someone looking for a full time and long term position, flexible work hours;· Punctual and focused on being a strong team player;· Positive “Can-Do” attitude to support the team;· Able to prioritize work tasks with completion in a timely manner· Respects the cell phone policy during office hours;· Professional telephone manner / great email communication skills internally and externally;· Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);· Computer friendly (Mac & PC);· Well organized at paper & electronic filing skills; and· Ambitious in mastering the Admin role and looking for advancement within the company – such as supportive bookkeeping, safety program, fleet management etc.Wages can be discussed during the interview as this is subject to your previous experience and potential in growing with our company. We offer competitive wages and benefits after the 3 month probationary period.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
