Job Description

ID: 5079 | 5 - 10 yrs | KELOWNA | careersJob descriptionWe are looking for an experience Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with global implementation experience, ensuring excellent service, communication, and engagement with our growing customer base.Roles & Responsibilities

  • As an Oracle Cloud HCM expert, participate or manage workshops to gather requirements
  • Responsible for review requirements, design, development, testing, and support
  • Lead data conversion team to convert the data from Legacy applications to Oracle Cloud HCM application
  • Lead QA team to perform Unit testing, SIT, UAT and develop test plans as per the business requirement
  • Adherence to documented development standards and implementation of "best practice" development methods
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support to provide solutions as functional and technical bugs are encountered
  • Supported internal/external integrations with Oracle, including design, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Managed Support / Project-related deliveries
  • Conduct weekly/monthly support team meetings, tracking the object deliverables
Required Skills:
  • Functional Lead – Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Must have at least 3 Oracle Cloud SaaS Implementation experience.
  • Must have Oracle HCM Cloud extensions, conversions, and integrations experience
  • Must have good experience and exposure to data conversions from legacy applications.
  • Must have good written and oral communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Must have knowledge on SQL/PLSQL, XML Publisher
  • Should understand OAF, basic UNIX scripting
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Management, Payroll and Talent management modules
  • Should have experience of management of the extended teams at Onsite/Offshore
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Build relationships with customer teams, application owners and resources
  • Good to have Ceridian to Oracle Cloud HCM data migration experience
