This discount will be offered to all Agency staff that work 20hours a week or more, and have passed their probationary period.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Participates in the assessment, goal setting and program planning for individuals living in a residence.Provides life skills training such as meal preparation, housekeeping, personal care skills and personal finance andimplements personal service plans.Participates in various client-focused activities in accordance with care plans.Recognizes, analyzes and deals with potential emergency situations such as clients’ aggressive behaviour toensure no harm comes to the client and/or the public.
