You will work directly with the Creative Team to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and launch campaigns.Were looking for a problem-solver who thrives in an environment of continuous improvement. Teamwork and adaptability will be critical to success. Meeting deadlines and delivering on promises is essential.The Responsibilities:
  • Produce video content from concept to completion using industry best practices in storyboarding, cinematography, audio recording and lighting
  • Produce weekly ads to promote product launches
  • Work alongside the Creative Team on shoots both in-studio and on location
  • Support with scripting and storyboarding process, working with team members to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Research and utilize popular social trends to bring into content creation
  • Develop video assets including editing of existing videos, GIFs and graphic overlays
  • Demonstrate strong editorial techniques through proper timing, pacing, organization, sound design, and asset management to create an effective end product
  • Bring new ideas and concepts to brainstorm sessions on a regular basis
  • Photography experience is an asset
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a video creator and/or editor across a range of creative and commercial applications
  • Experience working with professional video cameras, audio equipment and grip/lighting gear
  • Strong understanding of video editing, colour correction and audio mixing
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop.
  • Adobe After Effects experience is a plus
  • Experience producing content for IGTV, YouTube, Facebook and Vimeo
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; youll be working on multiple projects at once
  • Self-directed problem solver; proactive and resourceful
