In this opportunity as a Manager, Risk Partnering Strategy/M amp;A, you will be required to support business stakeholders in decision-making by providing them with timely and relevant information to maximize value and minimize the risk associated with strategy and mergers and acquisitions.About the RoleIn this opportunity as a Manager Risk Partnering, Strategy and M amp;A, you will:• Support the business develop reporting and processes as it transforms towards a new strategic vision helping TR make risk informed decisions that minimize risks while maximizing opportunities for growth and success.• Support Director, Strategic Risk Advisoryamp; Partnership with independent review and challenge risk mitigation efforts for portfolio of functions (e.g., Dataamp; Analytics function)• Manage and drive adoption - as a super user - of the GRC tools, systems, and processes (i.e., MetricStream and sub-modules such as PDMS, Fusion)• Support function you support with Issues Management and issues reporting.• Further mature risk reporting across the functions/segments that you support, driven by data and aligned with the ERM program as well as industry standards and relevant frameworks; ssupport and enhance risk, Issues and KRI reporting collaboration with portfolio of functions (e.g., (e.g., Dataamp; Analytics function))• Supplying risk management training to the 1st line and 2nd line to ensure there is the right level of understanding of risk management theory and application.• Providing independent reviewamp; challenge of riskamp; issues registers to ensure all material risks have been identified and managed according to risk appetite and tolerance.• Support with risk assessment of portfolio function (e.g., Dataamp; Analytics team) key initiatives and/or projects in alignment to Enterprise Risk Management OfficeAbout YouYou’re a fit for the role if your background includes:• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Finance, Business, or related field• Experience in conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies, and implementing risk management frameworks. Relevant professional certification (CRM or equivalent) preferred but not required.• Minimum 6-8 Years of risk management experience, with knowledge of technology industry preferred.• Strategic thinking: ability to think critically, analyze complex problems and develop strategic plans to mitigate risks and leverage partnerships effectively. Proven tack record in strategic risk advisory and partnership development roles• Demonstrate ability to stay abreast of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Willingness to embrace innovation and explore new opportunities in industry.• Problem solving, analysis, judgment, analytical skills, experience with developing quantitative risk models.• Strong business acumen with the ability to convey complex concepts and ideas in clear and concise manner.
