Job Description

About the Job:Trans Tank Systems is an assembly and service facility specializing in tanker trucks for the petroleum, water and aviation markets. We are currently seeking a Service Writer for 310T trucks.Qualities:

  • Self-motivated and confident in their abilities.
  • Experience and Knowledge of heavy trucks service and parts.
  • Able to work individually, in a team and with minimal supervision at times.
Job Details:
  • Non stop, fast paced environment.
  • The opportunity for overtime and working weekends will also be provided.
  • Trans Tank offers competitive wages RRSP Group plan and a benefits package after a 3-month probation period.
  • Regular weekday hours are 7:30-4:30 Monday to Thursday and 7:30-4:00 on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
  • Writing work orders, scheduling work and conversing with customers about their repair requirements and work.
  • Finalizing work orders and ensure all proper work descriptionamp; parts are accounted for before invoicing.
  • Ordering some parts.
  • Handing out parts to the mechanics and service technicians.
  • Answering phones and helping customers.
  • Other duties as required.
