Job Description

Trans Tank Systems is an assembly and service facility specializing in tanker trucks for the petroleum, water and aviation markets. We are currently seeking a welder/fabricator.Qualification and Requirements:

• Self-motivated and confident in their abilities.
• Candidates will need to provide their own tools and be able to work individually, in a team and with minimal supervision at times.
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding in aluminum and stainless steel is an asset.
• A basic set of hand tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, etc., will be the responsibility of the candidate.

Job Details:

• The opportunity for overtime and working weekends will also be provided.
• Trans Tank offers competitive wages and a benefits package after a 3-month probation period.
• Regular weekday hours are 7:30-4:30 Monday to Thursday and 7:30-4:00 on Fridays.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for fabricating and welding aluminum storage boxes
• Mounting aluminum, stainless steel and steel brackets and components
• Fitting and welding aluminum and stainless steel piping on new and remounted tank trucks.
• Fabricating and welding aluminum storage boxes, mounting aluminum, stainless steel and steel brackets and components, fitting and welding aluminum and stainless steel piping on in-service trucks.
