This role will elicit business needs and requirements to support ongoing development, upgrades and new capabilities for the administrative systems which support the student experience from admissions to convocation and beyond. In this role, you will collaborate with university stakeholders and end-users to optimize business processes, and liaise with other business, system and programmer analysts to enhance student systems and create new opportunities for our clients.As a member of the Campus Solutions team, you have an eye for process improvements and recognized skill at implementing new business processes while assisting clients to adapt to process changes. You will use your research and analysis skills to bring value and understanding to process re-engineering efforts in an area that underpins current, prospective and graduating students interaction with the University related to admissions, academics and finances. You will contribute to the success of a wide range of initiatives, from large-scale transformation to initiatives focused on specific client needs. Such initiatives include the digital transformation of manual administrative processes, implementation of new ERP (Peoplesoft) functionality, resolving production issues, government compliance assignments, and designing integrations with a myriad of student systems.This position provides expertise to aid in the planning, design and development of technical resources. This position translates business requirements into an implementation plan with clients and members of the team.
