Looking for a administrative assistant that is wellness orientated and knowledagable about chiropractic care! Are you, someone who is friendly, compassionate, excited about natural healing, self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic. Must be committed to a healthy lifestyle and be able to handle multiple tasks at once while offering compassion and exceptional service to our patients. The patients are amazing!We are a busy family practice in Kingston EAST. The patient office hours are set as Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:30 to 6 pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 11:00 am. We are requeired to there before and after the adjusting times to turn on computers, finish up paperwork and close and open the day. Unusally takes 15-25 minutes before and after the adjustment times.Computer skills (Excel, power point, and word) and office management skills are a must.Duties include but are not limited to: greeting patients, scheduling, phones, patient billing, and patient education.
