Job Description

  • Location: Kingston, Ontario, Canada

  • Schedule: Rotating Schedule including Weekends
Job Overview: The Cleaner is responsible for completing cleaning tasks to maintain the assigned apartment buildings’ curb appeal and provide excellent customer service to tenants.Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly clean and maintain building common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning glass and chrome, stain treating carpets and spraying air freshener.
  • Assist in unit cleaning after tenant move-out to ensure the unit is rent ready by cleaning floors, bathrooms, surfaces, and windows and ensuring the unit is rent ready.
  • Clean all halls, air vents, light fixtures, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, landings, entrances, elevators, laundry room and office area.
  • Complete outdoor seasonal cleaning such as raking grounds, snow shoveling and salting walkways as needed.
  • Empty garbage containers and clean around the garbage dumpsters as required.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or relevant two (2) years’ experience in cleaning is required.
  • Knowledge of appropriate cleaning products and tools is required.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs.
