Job Description

Your overall responsibility is to consistently deliver top notch service to guests at the patio bar by providing prompt, engaging service and maintaining strong working knowledge of; all menu items, wine, beer, beverages, and daily features, while keeping with Delta brand standards, during all four seasons.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Know standard and signature drink recipes, selection of beers, wines by the glass, and spirits
  • Prepare drinks accurately and quickly while maintaining a positive attitude and engaging guests seated at the bar
  • Become familiar with guest preferences of regular and returning guests, offering personalized service
  • Ensure the bar is fully stocked at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Ensure the bar area is clean and tidy and that glassware gets washed
  • Perform all duties in a professional, friendly manner and ensure our guests have an extraordinary dining experience by delivering Purposeful Service

  • Must be Smart Serve certified
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Pleasant engaging personality
  • Flexible to work any shift
  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Must be energetic with excellent communication skills
  • You must work well under pressure and be a team player
