Job Description

GIP has an opportunity available for Snow Plow Operators in Kingston (Camden East, Crosby, Brockville and Lansdowne)Morrisburg (& Summerstown), Kemptville, (& Johnstown)Green Infrastructure Partners (GIP) is one of Canada’s largest and most diversified infrastructure companies. We’re leaders in energy efficiency and we’re at the forefront of incorporating recycled and reused materials.Job Duties: · Operation of Plow Truck, spreading material and plowing snow· Clearing snow along Highway corridors· General maintenance and visual inspection of the vehicle· Need to perform daily checks and maintain a logbookQualifications:

  • valid AZ or DZ license is required
  • Manual transmission experience is preferred
  • Min. 1 year of professional truck driving experience is preferred
  • AZ-DZ, or bus driving School graduates will also be considered
  • Clean driving record and CVOR abstract required
  • On-the-job plow training is provided for this role
  • Must be available days, evenings, nights, weekends
