Job Description

Canadian Executive Search Group is now looking for a Process Technician for one of our clients in Kingsville, ON.Responsibilities:

  • Work in conjunction with the Quality Team to monitor, verify and approve the production processes.
  • Provide feedback and assistance to ensure optimal cycle time and quality of process.
  • Ensure that production requirements are achieved as per the outlined schedule.
  • Ensure that all safety practices are followed and maintained at all times.
  • Supervise staff to ensure adherence to all procedures and the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment.
  • Record and report any downtime, scrap, manpower issues, and equipment failures to managements.
  • Perform mold changes using approved checklists and procedures.
  • Ensure the working area is kept tidy by cleaning, labeling, storing, and organizing all tools in designated areas.
  • Complete all changeover reports as required.
  • General maintenance as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an injection molding environment (3 years minimum is preferred)
  • High level of competency injection molding and knowledge of tooling.
  • Lift Truck Certification (preferred)
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to conduct presentations and familiarity with computers
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
  • Good understanding and experience with IATF and ISO requirements.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Information:
  • Full time, Temp-Perm position
  • Hours of Work: Steady Midnight Shift (10:45pm to 6:45am)
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required
  • Wage: $23-25/hour depending on experience
