Job Description

We are seeking a A/R Coordinator that enjoys working with our internal team to assist with credit set-up, collections and other administrative responsibilities. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is willing to learn and provide outstanding service to our internal and external customers.   • Coordinate the approval process for lines of credit
  • Prepare invoices, reports, financial statements, and spreadsheets
  • Use problem solving capabilities to effectively resolve any conflicts with clients and/or carriers
  • Receive, research, and resolve a variety of internal and external inquiries regarding account status
  • Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
  • Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
  • Review costs for optimal budget planning

  • Advanced time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Intermediate numeracy skills
  • Efficient data entry skills
