Please do not apply if your schedule do not fitRecording the Director work and personal schedules and giving reminders the day before and an hour before the schedule (meetings, appointments, zoom conferences, trainings, and all other schedules)Handling incoming calls and other communications.Assisting with efficiency in Completing Application forms and assisting RCIC to review applications before submission.Submitting applications on behalf of the RCIC/CONSULTANT after CONSULTANT/RCIC’S full verification with the set deadlines to ensure immigration applications are filed accurately and promptly.Perform duties with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.Make sure clients valid status in Canada are not expired or will not expire by cross checking permits before starting an application and notifying the client immediately.Corresponding between IRCC and client through e-mail, visits, and phone calls.Managing filing system.Helping the team meet deadlines by assisting everyone when there are big deadlines (such as TR to PR OR new TR TO PR /PR Pathways under temporary public policies are out.Recording information as needed.Greeting clients and visitors as needed.Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.Helping organize and maintain the cleanliness of office common areas.Performing general administrative duties and errands as required.Maintaining supply inventory.Maintaining office equipment as needed.Aiding with client reception as needed.Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.Provide excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.Manage multiple priorities while paying attention to data.Maintaining office organization and cleanliness Job Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 20 per weekSalary: $17.00 per hourSchedule:
