Our goal is to help you and your team work effectively and collaboratively together to produce results that matter.Your daily responsibilities will include:Research, select and purchase quality products and materials.Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliersExpedite materials as required to meet project delivery datesResponsible to arrange for Return Material Authorization and confirmation of credit receiptCoordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing materials including cross borderAid with creation of various purchasing and logistics proceduresWork collaboratively with our Business Units to understand, interpret, and fulfill needsQualifications Required:Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain and Operations ManagementStrong organizational & multi-tasking skills with a strong attention to detailExcellent communication skillsSolid computer skills (Microsoft suite of Products; Word, Excel)Knowledge/familiarity with electrical products: e.g. PLCs, relays, and electrical components is an assetThe pursuit of the APICS / CPSM certification is an assetOther Job Information (if applicable): Brock Solutions strives to create a respectful, accessible and inclusive work environment.
