At Chick-fil-A, Team Leaders are responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. Team Leaders are responsible for supervising assigned stations for an entire shift and may be assigned to open or close the restaurant in the absence of a manager; following established opening and closing procedures. We are looking for hard-working, team-oriented, friendly and honest leaders.JOB DESCRIPTION:As a Team Leader, you will be responsible but not limited to:

• Ensure that Team Members follow recipes and read tickets to accurately prepare all orders.
• Ensure that Team Members are extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items.
• Ensure that Team Members work at a pace to maintain the restaurants established speed of service guidelines.
• Ensure that workstations are clean and sanitized at all times.
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Solve problems in a timely manner
• Perform any of the tasks above as needed throughout the shift.
• Maintain a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
• Communicate employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
• Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.

HOURS OF OPERATION:Monday to Saturday: 10:30 AM to 10:00 PMREQUIREMENTS

• Anyone who can legally work in Canada can apply for this job. If you are not currently authorized to work in Canada, the employer will not consider your job application.
• Must have appropriate transportation for scheduled shifts
• Available to work 35-40+ hours a week
• Available to work from Monday to Saturday
• Must be able to work in-between the hours of 9 AM to 12 AM
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well on a team
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Great customer-service skills
• Problem-Solving Skills
• Open to receiving constructive feedback
• Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of employment
