Want to change people’s livesQualifications and experience/skills required:
  • High school graduate required
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Demonstrated 3 years of sales/marketing and client service experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience with strong independence, organizational and prioritizing skills with high proficiency in Microsoft office software and working knowledge of accounting software required
  • Experience working with seniors preferred
  • Knowledge of the Mennonite Community an asset
Key responsibilities for the Client & Education Leader: Consultative Sales: o Work with the Hearing Specialist to help uncover the needs and desires of the prospective cliento Be seen as a Hearing Advisor for our prospective clients by demonstrating knowledge of hearing loss and solutions while being very inquisitive and empathetic to the prospect’s hearing healtho Helps prospects realize they should get a hearing test (if you suspect a hearing loss)o Help the prospect come to terms with getting help for their hearing losso Help overcome any objections the prospect hasClient and prospect relations: o Greet clients and ensure they feel important and well cared foro Engage with clients and book the appropriate client appointmentso Help clients come to terms with their hearing loss and hearing needs and encourage them to take actiono Proactive and consistently follow-up with all prospective clients to help them with their questions and decisions to move forwardo Proactively ask for referrals with our happy clients and prospectsHearing aid maintenance:o Cleaning and minor repairsAdministration: o Manage the office’s needso Complete all transactions from client appointments to ordering and receiving payment for all productso Prepare documents for government, clients, and professionalso Support other associates as necessary which could mean traveling to a sister officeEducation Leader: To drive new business to the Wellesley office through relationship building, brand management & event planning, and execution in the surrounding office markets, such as:o Doc offices (one or more physicians)o Senior Centerso Retirement Residences (likely are corporate with others under the umbrella)o Community Health Centers (with other allied healthcare professionals)o Legionso Individual Seniors Groupso Trade shows (with RM & colleagues as support)o Work with allied health care organizations such as One-Care, CCAC, VON to leverage the opportunities and exposure they bring forthCompany background: For over 36 years, we’ve conducted comprehensive hearing tests and sold hearing aids to support better hearing and well-being.
