Reporting to the Program Director, the Clinical Manager is a highly motivated, resilient and an adaptable professional, with advanced clinical and critical thinking skills.Success in the role requires you to demonstrate an ability to foster a culture of compassion through caring relationships, leading practices, specialized services and partnerships. You are a strong leader with extensive experience leading in a complex and transformation environment. You will guide and support the strategic and operational planning including patient care delivery, access and flow, clinical effectives and efficiency, human resources and financial planning.QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor Degree in a Health Profession required, preferably nursing, with current registration in good standing with the Regulatory College of your discipline required;
  • Preference will be given to candidates with clinical working experience in Medical/Surgical care, within a health care environment;
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a leadership role in a healthcare environment.
Demonstrated excellence in:
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and abilities, including communication, conflict resolution, change management, organizational skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high performing teams;
  • Solid ability to manage a diversified workload with rapidly changing priorities;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, support, and facilitate a healthy workplace environment that fosters excellence in care;
  • Quality management and program evaluation;
  • Knowledge of best practices, standards of practice, and other relevant legislation;
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills;
  • Financial acumen and human resource management;
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft word, e-mail, internet etc.);
  • Good attendance record.
