Job Description

Equivalent ExperienceDescription:To be a liaison between the factory, inter-company divisions, field sales and the customers. Work closely with outside Sales, Engineering, Production, Production Planning to achieve the highest possible level of customer sales and service.1) Enter Request for Quote into ERP system.2) Liaison between customer or sales representative and product specialists to assist in design of product.3) Provide to customer quote, complete with product specifications, lead/delivery time when requested.4) Follow-up on quote.5) Process customer Purchase Orders.6) Coordinate with production and purchasing to expedite timely processing of job in accordance with customer requirements and company standards.7) Coordinate communication between external and internal client in terms of delivery or any other questions customer may have.8) Perform potential customer search (Export Control).9) Provides order status / delivery dates to customers.10) Follow-up with customer on delivery and satisfaction of customer’s sales order.11) Input new customer information in ERP system & request/conduct credit check on new customer.12) Input new product/item in ERP system.13) Assist in special projects and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.Top Skills Details:Customer service experience in a Manufacturing environment1 year of ERP experienceHigh school education5 years of CSR experienceÀ propos dAston Carter:Aston Carter, une division dAerotek, est un fournisseur denvergure mondiale de services de recrutement et de dotation de personnel pour les sociétés à la recherche de professionnels du milieu des affaires hautement spécialisés.
