The Electrical Utilities Manager position is located in Kitchener, Ontario and reports directly to the Electrical Division Manager. You will be responsible for the overall direction, co-ordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects and will be the point of contact for Foreman, clients, suppliers, and management for the utilities group.A Little About You:You are able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate electrical utilities projects from the estimate stage through to the project completion. You can quickly assess, evaluate, and report on project status in accordance with schedule, specifications, and budget. You have a continuous improvement mind set always looking for a better way. You are an effective communicator and collaborate well with others. You can clearly set expectations and hold yourself and others accountable to meeting those commitments. You are always willing to roll-up your sleeves to dig in and find the solution to whatever problem the day has presented to you.
