If you are seeking a rewarding challenge and thrive in a fast-paced result-oriented environment, come join us !** Signing Bonus up to $1000, Benefits including Profit Sharing and a Pension Plan**RESPONSIBILITIES: · Responsible for processing all administrative documentation including: orientation packages, new hires and terminations, performance reviews, ISO records as well as follow-up to ensure completion.· Responsible for benefit enrolment and administration including short-term disability claim forms.· Contact for staff enquiries related to benefits and company practices/policies etc.· Prepares monthly management and various reports, including reviewing attendance reports.· Coordinates service/retirement celebrations and lunches, etc.· Prepares job postings and assists with production recruiting including co-op and summer students, screening resumes, phone screens, scheduling interviews and new hire orientations.· Arranges temporary staff as required and maintains records.· Organizes and maintains staff files as well as keeps an inventory of forms, benefit booklets, orientation packages, etc.· Assists with various projects as required.QUALIFICATIONS: · Post-secondary education, or in progress, in Human Resources or a related discipline is required.· 1-2 years of Administrative or Human Resources experience is required.· Strong communication skills are required with the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality.· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.· Exceptional organizational skills as well as attention to detail are required.We offer a competitive compensation and benefit package, as well as the opportunity to work with a great team of people!We thank all applicants and advise that only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Krug is an Equal Opportunity EmployerShould you require accommodation during the interview process, please advise and we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
