Strength comes from the inclusion of diverse perspectives and experiences.About the Role:How will you make an impactAs an Implementation Enablement Coordinator, reporting to the Implementation Enablement Manager, you will create and deliver content that empowers our implementation and customer success teams with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to successfully implement and use Conexiom solutions including the technical concepts. You will also ensure content remains current and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of our learning center.You will do this by utilizing these attributes:Be Creative - Draw from your knowledge and experience to create engaging content that equips multiple audiences with the understanding and confidence they need to implement and/or use our solutions.Be curious - Learn quickly and be eager to stretch & understand how to describe technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a way that boosts learning.Collaborate - Leverage strong communication skills and a solutions-focused approach to successfully collaborate within and across teams in support of delivering accurate and helpful content for customers, partners, and colleagues.Champion Conexiom Culture - Lead by example; everyone on the Conexiom team (including you!) contributes to and defines our company culture.Responsibilities:

• Play a role in developing and/or supporting key programs including: implementation onboarding, skills training, service tools strategy and training, and partner enablement training
• Outline and track training and certification requirements
• Be involved in Cross functional partnerships: Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new processes, tools, and trainings with the services teams
• Implementation tool adoption: Drive education and adoption of implementation and service team tools through creating training materials, hosting live / virtual / recorded training sessions, and maintaining a training resource repository
• Knowledge sharing: Improve knowledge sharing across services channels, regions, and other key stakeholders
• KPI reporting: Develop and routinely report on KPIs across Enablement initiatives to measure progress, effectiveness, utilization, and overall success
• Effectively extract information from busy subject matter experts

Daily/weekly/monthly tasks:

• Leading New Hire Onboarding programs
• Setting up users and assigning material
• Leading discussions and courses
• Keeping the new hire program material up to date
• Keeping resources such as Brainshark courses/presentations and Confluence up to date
• Ensuring material is still relevant
• Documenting Processes
• Including facilitating process negotiations with multiple teams or within team structures
• Coordinating with SMEs and other teams where needed to achieve goals

Skills / Requirements:

• Ability to explain complex topics in simple, understandable language
• Experience in Enablement or other internal training role
• Superb attention to detail- nothing gets past you
• Experience gathering, documenting and sharing project requirements and updates on short timeframes
• Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating training materials (instructional playbooks, videos and animations) and comfort leading live training sessions
• Experience in customer implementation or customer success is a bonus
• Team oriented and empathetic: you can work with sales leaders, product engineers, reps, whomever!
• Be adaptive within the growing company
