It’s all about Fuel for a Mindful World. What we make:We are a progressive and dynamic team committed to providing solutions to solving climate change. Our containerized, green ammonia production technology disrupts the traditional model and sets a new standard for sustainability. If you want to make a Positive impact, be relevant and make a change, join our team and become a part of the solution! What YOU will do:You will take the lead in supporting and developing the information technology systems for the organization. Under the guidance of the COO, you will be responsible for acquiring, setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting the computer systems, cellphones, and other equipment that we require to run the business. You will work to set up and support our servers and networks, performing setup, enhancement, and maintenance tasks. You will ensure that employees workstations can successfully connect to networks and access business-critical data at all times.Security will be an important part of the work that you do – you will configure our network security settings and work towards ensuring that the data we manage is kept safe and confidential. You will assess our current IT setup, identify any gaps that need to be addressed, and make recommendations on changes and upgrades to our current system. You will work to provide user support to employees and contractors across the organization, helping with setup, diagnosing issues, answering questions about software and hardware, and helping to create and maintain the best user experience. You will work hard to ensure we are getting the best at a cost that stays within the budget that you are given. As we continue to grow, you will work towards providing the necessary updates and upgrades. You will also be our go-to person when things aren’t working well – whether it is computers, phones, or printers, you are able to troubleshoot and support people across the organization.Who YOU are:You have seen our values and they resonate with you. You have completed a College or University program in Information Technology and/or previous work experience in a similar role supporting a growth-stage organization with its IT infrastructure. You can problem solve and walk people through how to fix their IT issues. You can prioritize and manage your time so that you are able to respond to last-minute requests or urgent IT issues. You have previous experience setting up or managing servers, with security being top of mind. Your knowledge will support you in developing IT policies for the organization that will allow employees to do their best work while maintaining the safety of the proprietary information. You can communicate clearly with suppliers and consultants on what the technical needs of the organization are. At the same time, you have the ability to simplify IT requirements so that the end user can understand what is needed. Why you will love us:We are a team in the truest sense of the word. As a group, we are looking to make a positive impact in our world, and are excited to have others join us. Each person we invite to join the team shares our values and will be able to provide specific skills to guide us in achieving our mission.
