  • Supervise sales associates on the floor
  • Maximize sales
  • Provide excellent customer and staff experience
Duties:
  • Store Coverage: opening, closing, returns, scheduling breaks, sales floor coverage
  • Coach sales staff
  • Assist in delegating tasks and ensuring associates are maximizing sales
  • Complete daily reports
  • Ensure that all customers have a positive experience
  • Ensure that all staff have an excellent experience
  • Keep store: well merchandised, clean, tidy
Desired skills / requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong sales / service skills
  • Confident with computer programs (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent motivational skills / trainer / coach
  • Proficient spoken and written English
  • Punctual, meticulous, presentable and reliable
  • Courteous with staff and the public
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 15-35 per weekSalary: $16.00-$17.00 per hourBenefits:
