Job Description

Running Club InstructorEmployment Period: Saturday September 24th - Saturday December 17th 2022Location: John Sweeney SchoolTime: Saturdays 9:00 - 10:00 amThe Williamsburg Community Association (WCA) is looking for an Instructor for our 12 weekRunning Club for kids weekly class.. Hired and successful Instructors have the option of continuing in future programming if relevant classes are being offered.The WCA is looking for an Instructor who is organized, motivated, reliable and interested in helping this program be a great success!Responsibilities include:

  • Offering an enjoyable and learning running class for participants
  • Maintaining a safe and respectful environment within the school where the programs are held
  • Interacting with the participants to make it a welcoming and inclusive environment for all
  • Report any issues to the WCA
Qualifications:
  • Must possess relevant qualifications and experience
  • Experience teaching kids in some manner
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Police check required upon offer of employment
