Reporting to the General Manager, the Maintenance Manager coordinates maintenance activities and supports the various installations and modifications of the plant and customer-suppliers sites in Ontario. Direct supervision, coordination, and oversight of activities for maintenance department. Strong leadership capabilities who can demonstrate his/her ability to lead change, and implement sustainable Quality strategies in support of rapid operation. Engineering degree or equivalent education and/or experience. Maintain and manage critical parts inventory including purchasing of equipment accessories and repair components. Leads site and plant installations. Lean Manufacturing and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles. Extensive technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and control equipment. Hands-on experience is ideal. Experience implementing a CMMS preferred.Quick Apply
