Job Description

for the following position: Marketing Communications ManagerOverview: In your role as Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the features and benefits of new products to customers. The ideal candidate will have passion for working collaboratively across the organization to achieve common goals. This role has global responsibilities and as a key member of the core launch team will work closely with product managers, Digital marketing, Sales as well as our centers of excellence and group companies around the world.What you’ll do:

  • Deliver product positioning, messaging, and key compelling content that resonates with our key target segments.
  • Build communication strategies and messaging hierarchy that support the brand and new product launches and are in-line with overall brand strategies, objectives and tactics.
  • Lead the development of engaging content and marketing tools from big idea concept through to delivery and postmortem review ensuring we cover a diverse media mix to achieve awareness, consideration, product sales among other business KPIs.
  • Write content for social, blog, emails, and the web that is optimized for SEO, suggest & implement tactics that increase organic traffic
  • Translate complex technical concepts into impactful and concise messaging.
  • Work closely with agencies, and cross-functional teams in the creation of communication ideas, plans and tactics.
  • Constantly evaluate effectiveness of tools in market.
  • Project management, budget management and scheduling.
What you bring to the team:
  • Product marketing experience, ideally B2C Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in storytelling, communication planning and copy writing
  • Demonstrated experience and skills in digital media
  • Strong branding skills and background
  • Demonstrated experience in creating stellar briefs and managing multi-high priority projects with agencies
  • Understanding the voice of the customer and translating into communications
