By integrating innovative material science into products to meet new demands we will leave traditional alternatives behind.Building on a winning track record of 300% revenue growth over the past 5 years, we need the right talent to take the next big steps.Your MissionThe North American Strategic OEM & Specialty Business Manageris responsible for creating value and profitability in support of Trusscore business strategies. These activities will operate with an entrepreneurial, customer focused approach to strategic accounts sales throughout the United States.Responsibilities

  • Manage existing corporate relationships with key national & regional OEM accounts at multiple levels to secure new business and grow existing business.
  • Establish strong, effective, and collaborative working relationships with customer decision makers.
  • Collaborate with Product Management on New Product Ideas for new markets.
  • Work in conjunction with Trusscore leadership to establish strategies and tactics to grow our position sustainably within key growth segments while remaining cognizant of customer business objectives.
  • Meet & exceed quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Maintain competitive knowledge of market space to create and adjust sales strategies.
  • Through strong relationships with key accounts and general market knowledge, propose and justify new products, services, and strategies that create differentiated customer value, business profit, and expanded market positioning.
  • Further expand our offerings by negotiating partnerships and develop relationships to provide seamless, complete solutions to customers throughout the value chain.
  • Provide strategy input on Product Portfolio expansion, Routes to Market and Channel Strategy.
